Check out The Paleo Summit!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to make a quick announcement on behalf of a friend of mine.  Sean Croxton has just put together a GREAT online event called “The Paleo Summit”.  This will consist of 3 free videos being released each day for 8 days…all dealing with the pro’s, cons, mechanics, and rationale of the Paleo diet.

This is like a graduate course on the Paleo lifestyle!

Eating Paleo basically means that you eat the fruits, veggies, and meats that we were historically used to eating…not all of the grains and processed stuff that we are bombarded with now.

Anyway, if you’ve ever considered “going Paleo” or if I’ve suggested a Paleo or gluten free diet to you, this is an event that you DO NOT want to miss.  The videos are free, but you need to register ASAP…the releases start Monday, February 20th.  Just go to to register for the Paleo Summit!

Exercising Without Equipment

Hi everyone.  I just want to take a minute and introduce you to a great set of 7 exercises that are perfect for those of you just starting to exercise, as well as those of you who have been exercising for years.  These are safe, simple, self-resisted moves that require NO EQUIPMENT, they involve NO IMPACT, and they teach you to get your brain involved with your body movements.  These are more challenging than they appear, so try them before you judge them.    I’m posting two video’s from…one is about the background for these exercises, and the other is a demonstration of the 7 moves.  This is great stuff…enjoy!
